Don't let this happen to you.......

Brian,

I very much enjoyed your company information page :)

I have an existing home so I guess I'll call around and get some estimates on installation.  But first I have to see if my chandelier still works.

You see I too am living the American Dream in New Jersey (nice new big home with a 2 story open foyer). Unfortunately the instruction manual for this life failed to include directions on how to clean your chandelier. So I devised the ingenious way of standing on the upper landing and with many attachments to my vacuum I would reach over and slowly turn the chandelier till it was all clean.  Yes, I said TURN

Now, being somewhat mechanically illiterate, I did not realize that the chandelier was installed via a screw. After almost 8 years of cleaning I managed to completely unscrew it from the ceiling.  I watched it fall straight down to the foyer floor; where it broke off the bottom finial and gouged a deep hole into the floor. So now instead of house beautiful I have house disaster. See attached photos. So if my chandelier still works then I need to have a way of cleaning it, hence the search that led me to you.  I will get back to you once I find out how much my spring cleaning debacle has actually cost me.

Hi Brian,

Just a short note to say thanks for installing our new chandelier along with
the "Chandelease".   It was great to come home and find that nasty,
old, chandelier in the garage and the new one in place. The first thing we
did was lower it down and back up just to see how it works. We were
amazed at how easy it was.

Thanks again,

Brian:

I installed my "Chandlease" without a hitch. My
father-in-law and I did it in about four hours. I will
be ordering another in the near future for my uncle
who just moved into his new home.
